Mono

So remember how my last post was about us being sick? Well... yeah. It wasn't the flu. I had some sort of bacterial infection/grossness and Drew has mono. Yay mono!

Yeah, mono = gross. It means achy, weird swellings of the lymph nodes and most wonderful of all, extreme tiredness. So that means that Drew is more like this:



Poor thing. He's going to have to suffer through it for the next month or so. We were scared that this past week that I was starting to show symptoms, but hopefully I'm in the clear. We'll see. Other than that life is just kinda moving along right now. It's kinda hard to be entertaining when we want to pass out at 9 or 10... or 7 on some nights... yeah. It's bad.

But we have each other. Right now we're deciding on what we're going to do this summer. Drew needs to take some classes this spring which leaves me with the interesting position of not really knowing what to do. I'm far enough along in my major and minor that there isn't really anything offered in the summer for me except internships. So we're looking into that. I'll update later when I hear all of the details.

However, I am going to try to finish updating on everything since thanksgiving (ha) sometime this weekend (hahahaha).

Yeah, we'll see how that works.

In other news, BBC's Planet Earth is by far our best purchase since getting married. We're such dorks that we even watched it on our honeymoon. But more on that later.

However, if you have not enjoyed the series I highly recommend it. It's amazing to see this world.
